L'Entitat Valenciana d'Habitatge (EVHA) ha participat com a sòcia en dos projectes europeus dins de la convocatòria Horitzó 2020, consistent en el desenvolupament d'iniciatives de diversos països de la Unió Europea per a la consecució, proposta i implantació de noves solucions d'eficiència energètica en habitatges. El programa s’ha desenvolupat entre 2018 i 2021, amb una duració de 36 mesos, durant els quals s'han celebrat dues trobades anuals dels tots els socis, per al seguiment dels treballs i visualització de les diferents aplicacions.

Dins d’eixe marc s’han produït dues publicacions. Per una banda la “Guia de Convivència” pretén, arran de l’aplicació de lliçons apreses als projectes europeus, recollir i difondre les normes bàsiques que han de regir la convivència als grups socials. Per l’altra banda “Projectes Europeus EVHA” recull, per a la seua difusió, la participació de l’Entitat en els projectes citats.

The Valencian Housing Entity (EVHA) has taken part as a partner in two European projects within the Horizon 2020 funding round, consisting of undertaking initiatives in various European Union countries to achieve, propose and implement new energy efficiency solutions in housing. The programme has run from 2018 to 2021, with a duration of 36 months, during which two meetings a year between all the partner teams were required, in order to monitor the work and demonstrate the various applications.

In this context, EVHA produced two publications. The “Guia de Convivència” -or cohabitation guide- tries not only to apply the lessons learned in the framework or the European projects, but to collect and disseminate the basic rules for a better living together in harmony into the social housing groups. On the other hand, “EVHA European Projects” presents the Entity participation in those projects.
